She called the cops, to file a police report that the car was stolen, and the cops told her she was wrong: The car had been reposed. One morning, Lee's mom walked outside and found her car missing. "I didn't know that, and it was heartbreaking," Lee says. At the start of her career, she suffered from "magician's guilt" more than her male peers. Primarily, she believes magic's deceptiveness goes against women's instinct.
